Earn rewards with Files by Google

When you use Files by Google to share a file with a friend for the first time, you earn a  google pay scratch card reward through Google Pay. If both you and your friend have a valid Google Account linked to a Files account, you’ll be rewarded with Google Pay scratch card. You can earn up to 10 rewards with friends (one for your first share, and 9 for referring friends).

Reward eligibility for google pay scratch card :-

Engagement Rewards are available to Files by Google users in India. To be eligible for rewards, you need the following:

• A Google Account, including a phone number associated with the Account
• A Google Pay account linked to your Google Account with a UPI-enabled bank account
• A Files by Google account linked to your Google Account

Each Google Pay customer can only use one set of Google Pay credentials (e.g. Google Account and linked information) to qualify for each reward offer. When you try to redeem a scratch card google pay reward, make sure you use the correct Google Pay credentials in the publisher app.

How to earn google pay scratch card rewards

To earn rewards with Files by Google, follow these steps:

1. Open the Files by Google app. If you don’t have the Files by Google app, download it.
2. In the bottom right, tap Share.
3. In the Earn rewards promotion, tap Start.
4. Confirm that you’re signed in to Files with your preferred Google Account. If you haven’t linked your Google Account, link your Google Account. If you don’t have a Google Account, tap Create account.
5. In the Share section, tap Send.
6. Share a file with a friend.
7. After you share a file, tap Back . A prompt appears to confirm if you want to disconnect.
8. Tap Disconnect.

After you disconnect from the file sharing session, we review your scratch card google pay reward status and eligibility. When we confirm your eligibility, you’ll see the rewards in your Google Pay account.

How to link your Google Account

To link your Google Account with Files by Google, follow these steps:

1. Open the Files by Google app. If you don’t have the Files by Google app.
2. In the bottom right-hand corner, tap Share.
3. In the Earn rewards promotion, tap Start.
4. Select which Google Account you want to link with Files. If you don’t have a Google Account, enter your contact information to create one.
5. Tap Link account.

How to redeem your Google Pay reward

To redeem your Google Pay reward, follow these steps:

1. Open the Google Pay app. If you don’t have the Google Pay app.
2. Sign in with the same Google Account you linked to Files by Google, and make sure you link your bank account.
3. Claim your reward within 30 days.
